Hi All

I've just picked up a Korg tr-rack... Aside from the fact they didn't
have a copy of sounddiver, I can't find any linux alternatives for this
synth.. any suggestions... I reallly don't want to pay $200 USD for
MIDIQUEST.. which porbbaly doesn't work under wine

cheers

it was pretty ordinary when i used to use it v3 thru 7 in an earlier life....
Winedoze.....

there are a couple of synth/lib editors around tho i'm not sure if any are
still being developed. look at linux-sound.org... Dave will have a list of
them somewhere.

BTW, i'm in Richmond not Collingwood ! :)

need the address again? ooops, the kettle's still on !

Thanks,

Yep, lost the address.

I can't seem to find any. Thanks to Apple buying out emagic, sounddiver is no
longer produced, let alone for PC. I was hoping there might be a linux useable
version since they have ported old versions for OSX.

Found a version 2.0 of Sounddiver for the tr-rack, but from what I read it only
acts as a librarian/organiser and doesn't have any editing facilities......

Oh well, will have to program it from the front panel.

cheers

Ah scratch that, found the sounddiver version 3 editor for the tr-rack.

Been playing around with the interface (I obviously don't have the synth here
though)

I new these things were big, but didn't realise how big.
